Three years into war with Russia, Ukrainians continue to settle in Manitoba

Roughly 30,000 Ukrainians have made their way to Manitoba since the war with Russia began, according the Ukrainian Canadian Congress’s Manitoba chapter president Joanne Lewandosky.
