Candy RWA Is Coming: Rewards Tokenized in Phase 1, With Real Estate to Follow

By · 2026-10-09 · News

Oct. 9 (CandyPulse) — The CANDY ecosystem is getting ready to bring real-world value on-chain. Candy RWA, found at rwa.candychain.io, is coming soon, starting with Phase 1: rewards tokenization, which turns gift card value into tokens. A second phase, real estate tokenization, is planned to follow.

Key takeaways

First, what is RWA?

RWA stands for real-world assets. These are things that exist outside the blockchain and have value in everyday life: gift cards, loyalty points, property, bonds and more.

Tokenizing an RWA means creating a digital token on a blockchain that represents that value. Once it's a token, it can be held in a wallet, moved in seconds, traded with others or redeemed, often far more easily than the original asset.

RWA has become one of the fastest-growing areas in crypto because it connects blockchains to the real economy. Instead of tokens that only have value inside crypto, RWA tokens are backed by something people already use and understand.

Phase 1: Rewards, tokenized

Candy RWA starts with something almost everyone has: gift cards and rewards.

Here's how it works:

  1. Merchants lock gift card value in a vault.
  2. Users earn branded tokens, each backed 1:1 by the value in that vault.
  3. On top of that, users receive CANDY rewards.

So a token from a particular brand is backed by real gift card value from that brand. It isn't just a points balance stuck inside one app. It's an on-chain asset designed to be:

FeatureWhat it means for users
LiquidYour rewards aren't locked away; they're easy to move
TradeableYou can trade branded tokens with others
RedeemableYou can still use the value as intended

Think about the gift cards forgotten in drawers or the loyalty points that expire before anyone uses them. Tokenizing that value gives it a second life.

Phase 2: Real estate

Once rewards tokenization is up and running, Candy RWA plans to move into real estate, one of the world's biggest asset classes. Tokenizing property could make it possible to own smaller fractions of real estate, with on-chain records and easier transfers. Details for Phase 2 will be shared closer to its launch.

How Candy RWA drives the CANDY ecosystem

Candy RWA isn't a side project. It plugs straight into how the ecosystem is designed to grow.

It also fits alongside the rest of the ecosystem: spend with the Cardaxo card, play on CandyRush, and now earn and trade real-world rewards with Candy RWA.

What's next

Phase 1 is coming soon. Keep an eye on rwa.candychain.io and CANDY's official channels for the launch date, the first participating brands and details on how to start earning branded tokens.

As always, use only official links, and never share your seed phrase with anyone.
