Paxful, a well-known cryptocurrency exchange, has entered a plea agreement obligating them to pay a fine of $112 million in relation to serious allegations including prostitution and money laundering. However, after evaluating the company's financial situation, the Department of Justice (DOJ) concluded that Paxful could only manage to pay a reduced amount of $4 million.
