The United States Department of Justice (DOJ) has officially wrapped up a substantial forfeiture amounting to $400 million, associated with the Helix darknet cryptocurrency mixer. This development marks a critical step in the ongoing efforts to combat illicit activities within the crypto space.
According to the DOJ, Helix was responsible for processing a staggering total of 354,468 bitcoin from 2014 to 2017, which had a valuation of approximately $300 million during that period.
