Bitwise Chief Investment Officer Matt Hougan has pointed out that the influx of institutional investments through ETFs and treasury allocations in digital assets has obscured the full impact of losses experienced in the crypto sector last year. He believes that these institutional flows may indicate that the current ‘full-blown crypto winter’ is more likely to be approaching its end rather than still being in its infancy.
